Our Pricing

At BillMedi, we believe in transparent and simple pricing so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

We offer two service tiers depending on the nature of your billing.

General Billing — 5.5%

This covers all standard billing for insured and gap-free services.

Our 5.5% fee includes:

• Processing of all medical billings and claims
• Management of Medicare, Health Funds, DVA and Third Party Claims
• Automated payment reconciliation
• Ongoing claim monitoring and follow-up on unpaid items
• Detailed monthly reporting for your records
• Dedicated support for any billing queries

IFC or Out-of-Pocket Billing — 7.5%

Where an Informed Financial Consent (IFC) is required and a patient out-of-pocket fee is charged, our service fee is 7.5%.

This reflects the additional administration required, including:

• Generating and managing IFC documentation
• Handling patient payments and receipting
• Coordinating fund and Medicare components

One-Time Setup Fee — $190

All new providers pay a one-off setup fee of $190 to ensure everything is correctly configured from day one.

This setup includes:

• Registration with Medicare, DVA, Health Funds and Third Parties as required
• Onboarding of provider on our billing system

Once set up, you can start billing immediately through BillMedi with full peace of mind.
